Dining at Disney — Jiko

Today we talk about one of our favorite restaurants located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. It's Jiko, The cooking place. Jiko is a Fine/Signature Dining restaurant at Animal Kingdom with a seasonally changing blend of African, Indian and Mediterranean cuisines.
